This delicious vegan pizza is a perfect choice for those following a plant-based diet. It's easy to make and is sure to please everyone!

Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 200 g pizza flour
- 1 dl water
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g tomato sauce
- 150 g vegan cheese
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 dl olives, sliced
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the pizza flour, dry yeast, and salt.
2. Add the water and olive oil, and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
3. Let the dough rest covered with a cloth for about 15 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
5. Roll out the dough into two round pizza bases and transfer them onto parchment paper.
6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the pizza bases.
7. Sprinkle vegan cheese over the pizzas.
8. Add the sliced bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, and olives on top.
9. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
10. Remove the pizzas from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
