A delicious and crispy pizza base, perfect for various toppings. Easy to make and heavenly in taste!
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 2-3 pizzas

Ingredients

- 10 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 4 dl cold water
- 0.5 dl olive oil

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the dry yeast, salt, and sugar.
2. Add the all-purpose flour and mix well.
3. Pour in the cold water and olive oil. Combine the dough by hand or with a mixer until smooth.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it’s elastic.
5. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes, until it doubles in size.
6. Divide the dough into portions and roll them out to your desired pizza size.
7. Add your preferred toppings and bake at 225°C (437°F) for approximately 15-20 minutes.
