*Delicious finger pizza with a twist, perfect for sharing! Preparation time: 1 hour, Serves: 4*Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups durum wheat flour
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons dry yeast
- ¾ cup warm water
Toppings:
- Ketchup
- Grated cheese (e.g., cheddar, chili-flavored)
- Your choice of toppings (e.g., bell peppers, ham, olives)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the warm water and dry yeast until well combined.
2. Add the oil and salt, then mix together.
3. Gradually add the flours and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
4. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Prepare your desired toppings while the dough rests.
6. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle as evenly as possible.
7. Cut the dough into eight wedges, leaving a 4-5 cm margin at the edges.
8. Spread ketchup evenly over the margin and sprinkle cheese on top.
9. Add your chosen toppings.
10. Fold the tips of the wedges over the filling and press the edges to seal.
