Ingredients

- 1 batch of sweet dough (pulla dough)
- 100 g cream cheese (plain)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

1. Prepare the sweet dough and let it rise according to the recipe instructions.
2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle shape.
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
5. Sprinkle the raspberries evenly on top of the cream cheese mixture.
6. Roll the dough tightly from the long side.
7. Cut the roll in half lengthwise, leaving one end intact.
8. Twist the cut sections around each other to form a wreath shape.
9. Place the wreath on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
10. Brush the top of the wreath with the beaten egg.
11. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
12. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
