Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are slightly firm.
9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!
