Ingredients
Dough:- 5-8 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tbsp fine sea salt
- 3 dl water
- 1/2 dl oil
- Fresh thyme (to taste)
Toppings (optional):
- Tomato sauce
- Cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- Vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- Meat or plant-based toppings
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
3. Add water and oil to the flour mixture and stir until a smooth dough forms.
4. Incorporate a generous amount of thyme into the dough and knead until smooth.
5. Roll the dough out to your desired thickness on a piece of parchment paper.
6. Spread tomato sauce over the dough and add your desired toppings.
7. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a moment before slicing.
