Serving Size: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza crust - 1.5 dl tomato sauce
- A handful of seedless grapes
- Blue cheese
- 1 red bell pepper
- Asparagus
- Grated cheese
- Mozzarella
- (1 can of tuna, optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F). 2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
3. Slice the red bell pepper and place it on top of the tomato sauce.
4. If desired, add a can of tuna.
5. Cut the grapes in half and distribute them over the pizza.
6. Add asparagus and crumble blue cheese on top.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese and mozzarella over the pizza.
8. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
