Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (Optional) A handful of nuts or seeds
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until soft.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted and soft.
4. Pour the heavy cream over the spinach and stir well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss thoroughly to coat the pasta.
7. Serve immediately, optionally topping with nuts or seeds.
