A delicious and creamy pasta in a spinach sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
4. Pour the cream over the spinach and stir. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
