Delicious Gingerbread Cookies (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:
- 200 g gluten-free flour- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 dl syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp clove
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the sugar and syrup.2. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the egg, whisking well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and spices.
4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until a smooth dough forms.
5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.
6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 5 mm thick and cut into desired shapes.
8. Place the cookies on the parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until they are slightly golden brown.
9. Let the cookies cool before decorating or enjoying.
