- 200 g fresh salad greens (e.g., arugula and iceberg lettuce)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g black olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salad greens and dry them well.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the cucumber.
3. Crumble the feta cheese.
4. Combine the salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives in a large bowl.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
