Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate-butter mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt) and then add to the chocolate mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, you can dust it with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
