Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and stir well to combine.
4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gently mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it plain or with whipped cream.
