A delicious grated apple pie that's perfect for dessert or as a treat for coffee time. It's easy to make and loved by the whole family!

Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 dl sugar
- 150 g butter (melted)
- 2-3 apples (grated)
- 3.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl cream (do not whip)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 container of quark

Instructions:

1. Prepare the crust by mixing sugar, melted butter, and flour together. Press the dough into a baking dish.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the filling ingredients, adding the grated apples last.
3. Pour the filling over the crust and then sprinkle the grated apples on top.
4. Optionally, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the grated apples.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes or until the pie is beautifully golden brown.
