Ingredients:
- 300 g potatoes
- 50 g salmon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g spinach
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
4. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Season with salt.
5. Grease a baking dish and layer the potato slices, spinach mixture, and salmon pieces.
6. Mix the heavy cream and lemon juice, then pour the mixture over the layers in the dish.
7. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
8. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the top is beautifully golden brown.
