A delicious base perfect for a variety of baked goods. Taking time to prepare, the end result is worth the effort. Preparation Time: 2 hours (including rising time)
Serving Size: Approximately 1 kg of dough
Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 300 ml warm water
- 10 g salt
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 50 g melted butter
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the fresh yeast in warm water in a large bowl.
2. Add the salt and mix well.
3. Gradually incorporate the flour into the mixture while stirring.
4. Once the dough begins to form, add the melted butter and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
6. Knead the dough again and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
7. The dough is now ready to be used for various baked goods.
