Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 l water
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g blood sausage
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
2. Peel and chop the onion.
3. Place the diced potatoes and chopped onion into a pot and pour in enough water to just cover the potatoes.
4. Add the salt to the water.
5. Cook over low heat until the potatoes are nearly tender.
6. Dice the blood sausage and add it to the pot.
7. Cover the pot and let it simmer until the potatoes are fully cooked. The potatoes can be allowed to break down slightly.
