A rich and moist chocolate cake perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
4. Sift in the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gently fold until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
6. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream.
