A festive Finnish summer meal featuring grilled sausages, new potatoes, fresh vegetables, and a creamy chanterelle sauce, finished with a delightful Brita cake for dessert.

Ingredients:
- 4 grill sausages
- 500g new potatoes
- 200g fresh vegetables (e.g., cucumber, tomato, bell pepper)
- 200g chanterelles (fresh or frozen)
- 200ml cream (for the chanterelle sauce)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Brita cake for dessert
Instructions:
1. Prepare the new potatoes: Boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool slightly.

2. Grill the sausages: Preheat the grill and cook the sausages until golden brown and cooked through. Alternatively, you can pan-fry them if a grill isn’t available.
3. Make the chanterelle sauce: Sauté the chanterelles in a pan until cooked. Add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
4. Prepare the fresh vegetables: Cut the fresh vegetables into desired sizes and arrange them on a serving platter.
5. Serve: Plate the boiled new potatoes, grilled sausages, and chanterelle sauce. Add the fresh vegetables and finish with slices of Brita cake for dessert.
