Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes - 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g green beans
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots into cubes. 2. Heat the vegetable broth in a pot and add the potatoes and carrots. Cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the diced zucchini and green beans to the soup. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve the soup garnished with fresh dill.
