Ingredients:

- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 0.5 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, zucchini)
- 0.5 cup ham or smoked salmon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the milk, oil, and eggs to the bowl. Mix until smooth.
4. Stir in the grated cheese, chopped vegetables, and optionally, the ham or salmon. Mix well.
