Creamy Leek and Potato Soup

Ingredients:
- 0.5 leek
- 5 dl skim milk
- 6 potatoes
- Low-fat cream cheese (maximum 2% fat)
For seasoning:
- White pepper
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Other spices to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and slice the leek.
2. Boil the potatoes and leek in water until the potatoes are tender.
3. Drain the cooking water and puree the potatoes and leek using an electric mixer or blender.
4. Add the skim milk and low-fat cream cheese to the puree and mix well.
5. Season the mixture with white pepper, nutmeg, salt, and any additional spices to taste.
6. Heat the soup if necessary before serving.
