Serving Size: 1 loaf
Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml water
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, dry yeast, salt, and sugar.
2. Add the water, milk, and olive oil. Stir the ingredients well to combine.
3. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, until it has doubled in size.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
5. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it as desired.
6. Allow the bread to rise again for about 30 minutes.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the bread is beautifully golden brown.
8. Let cool before slicing.
