Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes - 200 g ground meat
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash them. 2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until soft.
3. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Mix the mashed potatoes with the ground meat. Add the cream and stir well.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
6. Bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
