A delicious pastrami sandwich that combines flavorful meat, fresh toppings, and tasty sauces. Perfect for snack time!

Ingredients:
- 200 g pastrami (or cured meat)
- 2 slices of rye bread (or your preferred bread)
- 4 slices of dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons tartar sauce
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinate the sliced red onion in vinegar for about 10 minutes.
2. Lightly toast the rye bread.
3. Spread horseradish on one slice of bread and Dijon mustard on the other.
4. Layer pastrami (or cured meat) on top of the horseradish slice.
5. Add dill pickles and marinated red onions on top of the meat.
6. Spread tartar sauce over the toppings and close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
