Ingredients:

- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 dl heavy cream
- 200 g berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Pastel colors for decoration (e.g., food coloring)

Instructions:

1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and melt the butter. Mix the biscuit crumbs and melted butter together.
2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
6. Pour the filling over the biscuit crust and smooth the top.
7. Decorate with berries and pastel colors, if desired.
8. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
