A simple and rewarding recipe for making pasta from semolina flour without eggs. Shape it however you like!
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 400 g semolina flour
- 150 ml water
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the semolina flour and salt.
2. Gradually add the water to the flour mixture. Stir until the dough starts to form.
3. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a plastic bag to rest for about 30 minutes.
5. Remove the dough from the bag and divide it into portions.
6. Use a pasta machine to roll out the dough into thin sheets. Fold the sheets multiple times and roll again until they are nearly translucent.
7. Cut the dough into your desired pasta shapes, such as tagliatelle, farfalle, or spaghetti.
8. Cook the pasta in salted water for 2-4 minutes until al dente. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
