Ingredients

- 1 package fettuccine pasta
- 250 g fresh spinach
- 1 can marinated mushrooms with garlic and pepper
- 50-100 g feta cheese
- 2 dried chilies
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 dl chili sauce
- 1 dl sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- Ground black pepper
- 1 onion

Instructions

1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Peel and chop the onion and zucchini.
3. Add about 0.5 dl of olive oil to a pan and heat it up.
4. Add the chopped onion and zucchini to the pan and sauté until they are soft.
5. Add the marinated mushrooms, fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and crushed tomatoes to the pan.
6. Season the mixture with salt, ground black pepper, and dried chilies. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
7. Mix the cooked pasta into the vegetable mixture and add the chili sauce. Stir well.
8. Crumble feta cheese on top of the dish before serving.
