A simple and delicious pasta dish with garlic, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Serving size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- Pasta (e.g. spaghetti or penne)
- Sea salt
- Olive oil
- Garlic (2-3 cloves, minced)
- Cherry tomatoes (about 200 g, halved)
- Fresh basil (a handful, chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (grated, optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the minced garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for a few minutes until softened.
4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan. Mix well.
5. Stir in the chopped basil and combine once more.
6. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
