Ingredients:

- 300 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon (or pancetta)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet and cook the bacon or pancetta until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, saving a little cooking water. Add the pasta to the skillet with the bacon and garlic.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta. Stir rapidly to prevent the eggs from scrambling. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of the reserved cooking water.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
