Ingredients:
- 0.5 dl lemon juice (juice of half a lemon)
- Olive oil
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon (zested)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 250 g penne pasta
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water.
2. Wash the lemon thoroughly and zest its peel.
3. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, lemon zest, sugar, and sea salt.
4. Drain the cooked pasta and mix it with the lemon mixture until well combined.
5. Serve with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
