Ingredients:

- 2 dl barley flakes
- 7 dl water
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Berries or fruits for serving
- Nuts or seeds for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Pour the barley flakes, water, milk, and salt into an oven-safe dish.
3. Mix the ingredients well and add honey or sugar and cinnamon if using.
4. Cover the dish with foil and place it in the oven.
5. Bake the porridge for about 45-50 minutes, until it turns a beautiful golden brown and the liquid is absorbed.
