A delicious sticky bun that adds a sweet touch to your coffee table. Soft dough combines with maple syrup and pecans to create unforgettable flavors. Preparation Time: 2 hours (including rising)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk- 0.9 oz fresh yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 egg
- 4-5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter (for filling)
Instructions:
1. Warm the milk until lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it.2. Add sugar, melted butter, salt, cardamom, and the egg. Mix well.
3. Gradually add flour until the dough is soft but not sticky.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it's elastic. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
5. Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
6. In a bowl, mix melted butter, chopped pecans, and maple syrup for the filling.
7. Spread the filling evenly over the dough and roll it tightly into a log.
8. Cut the log into 1-2 inch thick slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
9. Allow to rise again for about 30 minutes.
10. Bake at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown.
11. Let cool slightly before serving.
