A delicious pull-apart treat combining the traditional laskiaispulla with a fun shareable shape. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet snack!
Preparation Time: 1 hour + rising
Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 200 ml milk
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 100 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 100 g butter (melted)
- 200 g almond paste
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Warm the milk until it's lukewarm and dissolve the fresh yeast in it.
2. Add sugar, salt, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough until it is elastic. Let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough into a flat sheet and spread almond paste evenly on top.
5. Cut the dough into pieces and arrange them overlapping in a greased baking dish.
6. Allow it to rise again for 20-30 minutes.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Let cool and serve with whipped cream and a dusting of powdered sugar.
