A delicious Indian bread filled with spices and cheese, perfect for breakfast or a snack. This easy-to-make recipe is great for freezing!

Serving Size: 4 pieces

Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 100g grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Fresh coriander (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and oil.
2. Gradually add water and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
5. Roll the balls into thin discs.
6. In a bowl, combine cheese, garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder.
7. Place the filling in the center of the dough disc and fold the edges over to seal it.
8. Roll the stuffed dough gently back into a flat shape.
9. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
10. Serve warm, optionally with fresh coriander.
