A savory pie made with delicious mushrooms and fresh ingredients, perfect for everyday meals or special occasions. Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 dl cream
- 150 g margarine
- 3 onions
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ dl rolled oats
- Salt, white pepper, tarragon, and garlic salt to taste
- 2 dl grated cheese
- 150 g grated carrot
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Melt the margarine and mix it with the grated carrot.
2. Add the flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and spices (salt, white pepper, tarragon, garlic salt) to the mixture.
3. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
4. Spread the dough evenly in a pie dish, covering the bottom and sides.
5. Peel and chop the onions, then sauté them in a pan until soft. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook for a moment.
6. Whisk together the cream and egg, then add the sautéed mushrooms and onions to the mixture.
7. Pour the mushroom mixture over the pie crust and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-40 minutes, until the top is nicely golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
