A delicious mushroom dish featuring fresh porcini mushrooms, onions, and a creamy cheese sauce. Perfect as an appetizer or a shared treat with friends! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 liter chopped fresh porcini mushrooms - 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 120 g sour cream
- 200 ml heavy cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 200-300 g strong melting cheese (or more), grated
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Place the chopped mushrooms in a pan and sauté to evaporate excess moisture. 2. Add butter and the chopped onion to the pan. Sauté the onion with the mushrooms until softened.
3. Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and half of the grated cheese. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, black pepper, and optionally, a splash of brandy.
5. Divide the mixture into small ramekins or keep it in a larger baking dish. Generously sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
6. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
