Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef - 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 400 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 can of fava beans, rinsed and drained
- 200 g kale, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft. 2. Add the crushed garlic and rosemary, and cook for another minute.
3. Add the ground beef and brown it thoroughly.
4. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and fava beans. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Let the stew simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
6. Stir in the chopped kale and mix well. Allow it to simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the kale is tender.
7. Serve warm and enjoy the taste of autumn!
