Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is set but the center remains slightly moist.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream for decoration.
