This delicious breaded tofu is a perfect vegetarian dish that is easy to make and tastes great as a main course or a side dish.

Ingredients:
- 1 egg (optional)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 package marinated tofu
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Slice the tofu into approximately 1-inch thick pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour with the spices (black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt).
3. Dip the tofu pieces first into beaten egg (if using) and then coat them with the flour mixture.
4. Fry the tofu slices in a generous amount of oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
5. Serve warm, ideally with a salad or dipping sauce.
