- 400 g tiger prawns
- 100 g butter
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Stir in the grated ginger and chopped chili, mixing well.
4. Add the tiger prawns to the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes, until they turn pink.
