Ingredients:

- 2 bunches of green asparagus
- 1-2 oranges
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper

Instructions:

1. Rinse and dry the asparagus. Peel the asparagus if desired.
2. Wash the oranges thoroughly and slice them thinly.
3. Spread the orange slices on a baking sheet.
4. Arrange the asparagus on top of the orange slices.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus.
6. Season generously with salt and pepper.
7. Tear the rosemary leaves and sprinkle them over the asparagus.
8. Roast the asparagus in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes. Turn the asparagus at least once during cooking and keep an eye on doneness to prevent overcooking.
