Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
4. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
