Delicious Pätkis pastries made easily with puff pastry and Pätkis bars. Perfect for dessert or as a sweet treat for coffee time!

Serving Size: 10 pieces

Ingredients:

- 500 g puff pastry sheets
- 10 Pätkis bars
- For brushing: 1 egg
- For topping:
- 1 dl whipped cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Decorative sprinkles or powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. Place the puff pastry sheets on a work surface and let them thaw for a moment.
2. Divide the sheets into two parts and place one Pätkis bar in the center of each half.
3. Roll them up, ensuring the seam side is facing down.
4. Brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 12 minutes, or until the surface is nicely colored.
5. Whip the cream and mix in the sugar and vanilla sugar.
6. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream over the cooled pastries.
7. Sprinkle decorative sprinkles or powdered sugar on top if desired.
