A delightful and delicious cheesecake that combines melt-in-your-mouth Pätkis chocolates with a cookie crust. Perfect for dessert at parties or weekend indulgence.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 3 hours chilling time
Serving Size: 10-12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Domino cookies
- 75 g melted margarine
- 1 container (250 g) of quark
- 200 g plain cream cheese
- 2 bags of mini Pätkis (125 g each)
- 0.5 dl coffee
- 1 container (2.5 dl) of Flora whipping cream
- 4 gelatin sheets
Instructions:
1. Crush the Domino cookies and mix with melted margarine. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and place in the refrigerator to chill.
2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
3. Melt the mini Pätkis in a water bath and stir in the coffee. Mix well.
4. In a bowl, beat the quark and cream cheese until smooth. Add the melted Pätkis mixture and stir thoroughly.
5. Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin sheets and dissolve them in 1-2 tablespoons of hot water. Mix the gelatin into the cheesecake mixture.
6. Whip the Flora cream until light and fluffy, then gently fold it into the cheesecake mixture.
7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust and smooth the top. Allow the cake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
8. Optionally, decorate with additional Pätkis before serving.
