A delightful Finnish dessert perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients
Base:
- 100 g butter
- ½ dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Filling:
- 400-500 g curd cheese
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl cream
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Combine the flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the mixture.
5. Press the dough into a greased tart pan.
6. Mix the filling ingredients together until smooth.
7. Pour the filling over the base and level the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until the filling is set.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
