Delicious and delightful Easter muffins that bring the spring spirit to your celebrations. These muffins are decorated with grass piping and jelly beans, making them extra special. Preparation Time: 30 min
Serving Size: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 2.5 dl all-purpose flour - 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 0.5 dl oil
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- Grass piping tip for decoration
- Jelly bean candies
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
3. Add the milk, oil, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
4. Divide the batter among the muffin liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through (check with a toothpick).
6. Allow to cool slightly before decorating.
7. Pipe grass on top of the muffins and add a few jelly beans in the center.
