Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Cabeca de Toiro Reserva 2011- 1 bottle Running Duck Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
- 1 bottle La Garnacha Salvaje del Moncayo
- 1 bottle Wolfberger Riesling 2014
- 500 g salmon
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 4 potatoes
- 200 g mixed salad
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.2. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Sauté in olive oil for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
3. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper. Grill or sauté for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
4. Prepare the salad by mixing the salad greens and squeezing lemon juice over them.
5. Serve the salmon, chicken, boiled potatoes, and salad together with the selected wines.
