Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
2. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently mix until combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but slightly gooey in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
