Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 100 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy. Add the crushed garlic cloves and sauté for an additional minute.
3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the bacon. Remove the pan from heat.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and stir quickly so that the eggs cook with the heat of the pasta.
6. If desired, add chopped parsley for garnish and serve immediately!
